"You can tell me." Liam replied.
 
My heart stopped. I can't tell him. Not over the phone at least. "Liam.. meet me at Starbucks please." I spoke quietly.
 
"Alright.." His voice was broken, almost like he'd been crying.
 
I hung up without saying goodbye. I took a look in the mirror, not caring what I looked like, and just pulled my hair back into a messy bun.
 
I then grabbed my keys, and left for Starbucks. When I got there, I seen Liam alone at a corner table. His eyes lit up as I walked through the glass door. Liam stood, and pulled out the chair across from him.
 
"Sit sit sit!" he said "let me get you some hot chocolate!"
 
I smiled as thanks, and sat down. I seen his notebook, open of course. For the whole time he'd been up getting me a drink, I went through the notebook. There were pictures of me inside, and some silly little doodles. He was starting to get a little creepy to me. "Here you go, love!" At the sound of his voice I flipped back to the page he'd had it on. "Thank you." I smiled. "So what did you want to talk about, (Y/N)?" He questioned.
 
"It's nothing, Liam... but.. could I maybe see your notebook for a minute?" I asked hoping for a reaction of some sort.
 
"Uh.. uh no. I don't.. I don't think that's such a good idea." He stuttered. I looked at him with my head tilted sideways. He looked at me and spoke quietly. "I'm madly... madly in love with you." his head dropped."All that's in here.. are photos of you.. and some doodles of our names together... little stick figures of you and me holding hands...stuff like that. It's just not important." he looked up at me, and spoke softly "I love you, (Y/N). And I want you to be mine.."
 
His eyes left me once again.
 
I had no idea what to say. Only one question went through my head. "How?... How did you get pictures of me, Liam?"
 
He sighed, and replied just loud enough for me to hear, "I've been following you lately."

At the hospital, I sat impatiently waiting for some news on Liam. I prayed and prayed, hoping for a sign that he was alright. Hours passed until Niall and Zayn showed up with another guy. "Have you heard anything yet?" Niall asked. I shook my head in response. It was obvious that they were all as worried as I was.
 
"I'm Louis." The stranger spoke softly. "I guess you're the girl Liam always talked about?" He pausd as iftrying to hold back the tears that glistened in his eyes. "(Y/N) right?" I nodded in complete silence. The boy just sat down, never saying another word, until a very familiar voice came from the open ER doors.
 
The 3 boys rushed over to the young Brit in the wheelchair. "(Y/N), I'm so sorry I've caused so much trouble. I didn't mean to, honestly. I just got so jealous when I seen Niall had taken you on a date. I really like you (Y/N)." He looked at me with sad eyes, but I just sat there in awe. I had no clue what to say to him besides, 'Liam... I think I'm in love with you.'
 
I pulled myself out of the waiting room chair, and left. Not one word left my lips. There was no way I was telling him how I truly felt. Sure we haven't spent a lot of time together, but I feel a connection.. and a strong one at that.
 
'I should tell him.' I thought. As always my heart makes me do things I honestly don't want to. I picked up my phone and dialed his number
 
"Hello?" He answered.
"Liam..... I've got something I need to tell you..."
